
A gypsy from Sloboda district broke into a pensioner's house and stole a bag with money
In Kirovo-Chepetsky district, police officers uncovered an apartment theft during the day on duty. A pensioner contacted the police, who reported the theft of a bag with 3.8 thousand rubles from her apartment. The woman left the door unlocked when she left the house, and upon her return she found it missing.
Thanks to the promptly conducted investigations, the staff of the criminal investigation department detained the suspect, a 37-year-old man who had previously been convicted of theft several times. He turned out to be a Gypsy from the Sloboda district. According to the detainee, he was looking for unlocked apartments in the building's entrance.
The suspect's actions were classified as theft committed with illegal entry into the home, according to Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Currently, the person involved is in custody, a criminal case has been opened, and further investigation is underway.
