More than 100 websites illegally selling veterinary medicines have been found in the Kirov region.
The Department constantly monitors websites that offer for sale medicines for veterinary use without a license or medicines whose sale is restricted or prohibited in accordance with the Law of 12.04.2010 No. 61-FZ "On the circulation of medicines".
So, from January 1 to April 7 of this year, experts analyzed information from 102 websites containing information about the retail sale of medicines. As a result, 102 cases of business entities operating without a license, as well as proposals for the sale of counterfeit drugs, were recorded. As a result, 97 websites sell medicines to businesses that do not have a retail license, and five websites sell drugs labeled in a foreign language.
Lakki LLC, IP Zabirova, IP Titok V. G. sell medicines for veterinary use without a license, and IP Alim offers drugs with labeling in a foreign language for sale.
Information about violations was sent to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications to block Internet resources.
