A 16-year-old drug addict is being tried in Kirov.
On December 30, a 16-year-old resident of Kirov illegally bought a psychotropic substance with a total weight of 23.45 grams for personal consumption. He kept the drug with him until he was detained by security guards outside one of the houses on Narodnaya Street.
A criminal case was opened against him on charges of illegal acquisition and possession of psychotropic substances on a large scale (Part 2 of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). At the moment, the investigation of the case has been completed. It has been submitted to the prosecutor for approval of the indictment and subsequent referral to the court for consideration on the merits.
