      According to the department, according to the results of last week, the incidence rate among the total population of the region is lower than the indicator of the previous week: minus 2%. At the same time, the weekly epidemic threshold for the total population was exceeded by 4.55%.

      A decrease in the total incidence of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections by 3.05% was recorded among children aged 0 to 2 years. Children aged 3 to 6 years old began to get sick by 1.68% less than in the previous week. On the contrary, teenagers aged 7 to 14 years old began to get sick more often: the incidence of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections in this age group increased by 8.54% compared to the previous week. In the age group over 15 years, there is a decrease in the total incidence of influenza and acute respiratory viral infections by 6.49%.
