Cancellation of the investigation into the death of two schoolgirls is recognized as illegal

Along with the satisfaction of the complaint of the relatives of one of the dead girls, Judge Sergei Bizyaev "overturned the guilt" of Sofia Dobrynina in the "murder" of her friend Alice (name changed), finding that the "superficial investigation" did not provide adequate evidence.

By the way, in the list of reasons given in the Dobrynins' complaint against the Sloboda court's decision as illegal, there are many positions calling into question the honesty, professionalism and impartiality of both the investigation and the examination. For example, the expert opinion does not indicate that alcohol was detected in the blood of schoolgirls. Experts also point out that Sofia died "around midnight from carbon monoxide poisoning," although the girl was on the phone with a friend around three in the morning.

As lawyer Tatiana Bazhina said, the complaint indicates that the investigation first accepted and then refused (because the investigator decided so) a request for interrogation with hypnotherapist Nikita Maklakov, who was found alive between the bodies of the deceased girls. And he was saved by Kirov doctors, but not from poisoning, like the girls, from alcohol poisoning, but from an "overdose".

"I continue to insist and will get Maklakov interrogated with the participation of a hypnologist and a lie detector, because, firstly, I do not think that this is impossible. And secondly, today only this grown-up guy, who returned from the army and spent the evening with underage girls, can tell the whole truth about their deaths. About who else came to visit them, who forced them to drink alcohol, why the clothes of the dead were covered in blood. I also want to find out who put the still living or dead girlfriends to bed, and who closed the door behind them when there might still be life in the girls," says Tatiana Bazhina.

      Recall that

On the morning of November 26, the bodies of two schoolgirls, Sofia and Alice, were found in one of the houses of Belaya Kholunitsa. Two days later, the investigation hastily declared them "dead due to negligence from carbon monoxide poisoning." The tragic story has attracted attention Newsler.ru not only because the cause of death was officially announced three weeks before the start of the examination (December 22, the document is available), but also because Belokholunit officials and teachers actively obstructed their own journalistic investigation, forbidding Alice's classmates to communicate with the press.

And so far, 100 days Newsler.ru Bit by bit, he collected information that all sources were forbidden to share with journalists, coming to the conclusion that the girls' deaths were unlikely to be accidental. Sofia's mother, Irina, contacted the editorial office, who said that "only now the Investigative Committee has ordered dozens of examinations."

According to Irina, who sometimes managed to see the interrogation protocols and expert opinions, Maklakov was taken to a drug treatment center, but not with signs of carbon monoxide poisoning, but with "acute poisoning with narcotic and hallucinogenic drugs." That is, probably, in the lightest case, he could have witnessed the death of the girls. And also an accomplice of those who could be responsible for their deaths.

At the same time, after several publications Newsler.ru As well as numerous complaints from Sofia's relatives to the Prosecutor General's Office and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the investigation accepted petitions for the restoration of correspondence that disappeared from the girls' phones and social networks. And even an expert examination was appointed, which was supposed to establish from her lips what the tearful Sofia was saying to her friend, who, according to the expert examination, had been dead for several hours by that time. But the zeal of the investigation was stopped by the "provider in the Seychelles", as well as the inability to find a sign language interpreter.

So the messages that might have contained "important information" remained unread. And, according to the investigation, before her death, the girl "just moved her lips." And the police had been unsuccessfully searching for two Kirov boys for several months, possibly involved in the death of their girlfriends, who, according to bystanders, said that night that "the girls had been sheltered" and "nothing would happen." But the police did not find them, even with their portraits taken that night on video.

Sofia was recognized as a murderer

For a year and a half, the investigation, according to the victims, made "superhuman efforts" to close the case for any, even the most far-fetched and biased reasons. Claiming at first that it was death from carbon monoxide poisoning, which happened due to negligence. But last November, the year of the girls' deaths, the case was closed on the grounds that Sofia, who was recognized as Alice's killer... She could not be brought to criminal responsibility not because of her death, but because of "not reaching the age".

"Our daughter has not been with us for a year, but we received a message that Sofia is alive, and the law is simply tolerant of her as "underage." Are these the people who made this decision? After all, my girl will forever be 15 years old. And the only thing I know for sure is that my child was killed, and the investigation is covering up her sins with her death," Sofia's mother cried six months earlier.

However, the hysteria of the girl's relatives is understandable, since Sofia was named the killer only because there was one SMS message in her phone, which for some reason did not disappear like all the others: "It's cold in the house - we need to light the stove." Despite the fact that the investigation did not have any evidence that the girl had flooded the stove, which caused the death of her friends.

But one of Sofia's relatives, who arrived at the scene of the girls' deaths before the police arrived, immediately took a photo of an unheated stove and an open window (available in the editorial office).

Raise the grief of death to a degree

However, it should be recognized that the death of her daughter "from carbon monoxide" was not the last and most terrible ordeal for the Dobrynin family. So, on the day of the girl's funeral, it turned out that the bodies of Sofia and Alice were mixed up in the morgue. Although, according to the parents, it is impossible to do this with a sober head: the dark-skinned and dark-haired Sophia was much taller and larger than the fragile blonde Alice. So Sofia's body, buried in a White Kholunitsa under a cross with the name Alice, had to be exhumed in order to re-inter it in the Kirov cemetery.

It is noteworthy that on the day of Alice's funeral, classmates saw and told teachers that there was another girl lying on her side in the coffin: "Her face is different, and her hands and knees stick out of the house." The teachers told the deceased's classmates to keep quiet, even though they knew the student by sight, explaining that "her mother was not herself," and "Alice just froze like that." But Sofia's mother, who noticed at the morgue that her child was not being given away, was advised to "go to a psychiatrist."

At the same time, when the parents tried to find out how the girlfriends' bodies were mixed up in the morgue, the investigation was only surprised: "What's the difference?" Arguing at the same time that if not only the bodies are confused, but also the results of the examination, then "repeated or additional examination is impossible, since the analyzes... lost." However, the "tests": urine, bile, etc., were accidentally and partially found in February 2024, but were allegedly transported to Moscow for examination.

According to the grandmother of the deceased Sofia, Elvira Raifovna, when they found out that their granddaughter was called a murderer, and the case was closed, they complained to the court on the same day that they had not been familiarized with the case materials. At the same time, the Belokholunitsky prosecutor complained about his disagreement with the closure of the case, pointing out the lack of evidence of Sofia Dobrynina's guilt and the fact that he did not give consent "to close the case."

However, the investigation was in no hurry to acquaint the victims with the materials: six volumes were "lost" in Slobodskoye, then "found" in the city Administration, from where they were transferred back to Slobodskoy, and then to Kirovskoye SU, Lenin 1, and then found again in Slobodskoye... And then, according to Tatiana Bazhina, direct blackmail began: "We will let you see, but only after you sign a document on criminal liability for disclosing the data of the preliminary investigation."

"I understand that if we did not publicly publicize the process of bullying, loneliness and ridicule of our grief, which is now called an investigation, we would forever lose even a drop of hope that the murderer of our granddaughter would be found. And I do not intend to remain silent, at least because all the trials were open. And I don't care if a dozen investigators in our case don't like it. Because I no longer tremble from the angry shouts of the investigators, I am not afraid of threats, nor of the crowd of witnesses, nor of people in uniform, for whom I am no more than a stupid Petrushka who must obey them... requirements: what to write, what to talk about, or what to obey, keep silent and not ask. And who said that I should respect people for whom the most important argument is the words "order of the leadership", which are more important and more important than conscience and more weighty than prayer," said Elvira Dobrynina, leaving the Regional Court.

At the same time, Elvira Raifovna clarified that she was ready to accept her granddaughter's death as "an accident — by negligence," but wanted it to be proven so that there would be no doubt. To prevent the story from being written as a cheap detective story or a fictional ghost scenario:

"From everything that preceded the closure of the case of the girls' deaths, one can only understand that both decided to spend the evening together. I assume that my granddaughter flooded the stove and then locked the apartment... outside. But it turns out that she climbed back through the window, although no traces were found, taking an adult drug addict with her. Maybe the girls were drinking wine, and he was dabbling in a potion until he was half dead, and then the three of them lay down on the bed. And the girls were gone. Who can explain to me why there are no traces of fuel left in the stove? Why was the window open? Or was it the ghost of one of the deceased who discovered it? And where the bottle, syringes, and Maklakov's gas mask were hidden... How else to explain that he didn't die from carbon monoxide? Well, then, like a panel from "Viya", the ghost fell on the bed next to the drug addict. And they waited half a day for them to be found."..
