A resident of the Pyzhansky district improperly keeps pigs
Yesterday, on April 7, the Department brought the pig owner to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Article 10.6 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. He was sentenced to a fine.
So, on March 24, employees of the Department, together with the Prosecutor's office of the Kirov region, made an unscheduled inspection visit to the personal subsidiary farm of a resident of the Pyzhansky district, which contains pigs. During the departure, some violations were revealed:
the territory of the farm is not fenced off, which would exclude the possibility of unauthorized persons and vehicles entering this territory
. manure is not removed and stored on the site for thermal disinfection
. The walls and partitions of the pig breeding premises are not resistant to disinfectants and high humidity (they are made of wood)
the owner did not provide documents confirming the disinsection, deacarization and deratization of pig housing.
This indicates a violation of the requirements of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Veterinary Medicine", "Veterinary rules for keeping pigs for the purposes of their reproduction, rearing and disposal. The man was given an order to eliminate violations by May 5 of this year.
