      When asked about the gender identity of a better boss, 59% of Kirov residents named a man as such. For 22%, the ideal leader was a woman. Interestingly, city residents are more likely to admire female bosses than men. One in five does not have a clear opinion on this issue. According to them, gender does not matter, the main thing is professionalism and adequacy.

      According to the survey results, the ideal manager for young specialists under the age of 24 is a professional who has barely turned 40. Subordinates aged 25-35 have the best working relationships with 43-year-old managers. At the age of 35-45, contact is better with managers aged 45-46. At the age of 45-50, he works more effectively with managers of his own age, and after 50, with managers slightly younger in age.
