In Sloboda district, a man killed a drinking companion and threw the body out the window.

      The inter-municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Slobodskaya" received a message from a local resident who found a man's body under the windows of an apartment building. The investigators who arrived at the scene established that the deceased was a 65—year-old local resident.

      It turned out that the day before he was visiting a friend, where he was drinking with other people. During the feast, there was a conflict between the victim and one of those present. The suspect, a 45-year-old resident of the village of Vakhrusha, inflicted multiple punches and kicks on the man, from which he died.

      After the incident, the attacker threw the body out of the window, hoping to hide it later, however, noticing passers-by, he disappeared. As a result of operational search measures, he was detained.

      The collected materials were transferred to the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Kirov region. A criminal case has been opened against the suspect under Part 4 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in the death of the victim by negligence"). Now he is detained, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved. The investigation is ongoing.
