Kirov took the leading positions in the region with a score of 233 points, Urzhum (224 points), Nolinsk (220 points), Kirovo-Chepetsk (216 points), Sovetsk (213 points) and Slobodskoy (208 points).
The increase in the index reflects real positive changes in the urban environment, such as the appearance of new parks, road repairs and yard improvements. For example, the indicator of Kirovo-Chepetsk increased by 16 points, and Slobodsky — by 18 points.
