Three bridges are flooded in the Kirov region

      Spring floods continue in the Kirov region. According to the latest data, the Svyatitsa, Urzhumka, Suna and Nemda rivers have already been completely freed from ice.

      Despite the opening of some rivers, the winter regime is still maintained on most of the region's waterways. Glaciation is observed on many rivers, sometimes with the formation of sagebrush, as well as the release of meltwater onto the icy surface. The ice drift has already begun on the Voe River. Ice movements were recorded on Vyatka in the Kotelnich area and on Tansy.

      The rising water level has already led to the first consequences for the transport infrastructure. Communication was disrupted along three low-water bridges located in the Malmyzhsky, Zuyevsky and Kilmezsky districts. Access to some localities is difficult.
