      As the operational services of the police found out, the stolen funds were transferred to the account of a front person (dropper) living in Nizhny Tagil for subsequent cashing out.

      Defending the rights of the victim, the prosecutor filed a lawsuit to recover the amount of unjustified enrichment from the account holder, as well as interest for using other people's funds. The court recognized the demands as legitimate, and thanks to the actions of the prosecutor's office, the money was returned to the victim.

      The prosecutor's office stressed that work on countering fraud and illegal cash withdrawal continues.
