A teenager will be tried in Kirov for drug trafficking
The Investigative Department for the Oktyabrsky district of Kirov of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov region has completed the investigation of a criminal case against a 16-year-old teenager. The guy is accused of attempted illegal sale of narcotic substances under Part 3 of art.30, paragraph "a" of Part 3 of art.228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and attempted illegal purchase of narcotic drugs without the purpose of sale under Part 3 of art.30 and Part 2 of art.228 of the Criminal Code.
The investigation found that the minor had entered into a criminal conspiracy with unidentified persons on the Internet in order to distribute narcotic drugs for a monetary reward by placing them in "hiding places". Unknown persons sent the teenager information about the place of manufacture of a "wholesale" batch of drugs, and he had to manufacture hiding places, hide drugs there, take pictures and indicate the specific coordinates of the "bookmarks".
In January of this year, on the territory of the Oktyabrsky district, a teenager created a "bookmark" with a narcotic drug. He was unable to complete his criminal intent, because during the verification activities, police officers seized a package of drugs from a "hiding place" organized by the teenager.
In addition, according to the regional investigative committee, on January 16 of this year, a guy on the Internet purchased a narcotic drug with a total weight of at least 3 grams for personal consumption. After that, he received information from an unknown person about where the drug was hidden. Following the specified location, the teenager was detained by police officers on suspicion of drug trafficking.
"During the inspection of the area, the police discovered and seized a narcotic drug with a total weight of 2.85 grams, which the minor accused was supposed to take from the cache for personal consumption," the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Kirov region reported.
Currently, the criminal case with the approved indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on its merits.
