The Investigative committee has registered an application for the initiation of a criminal case against a federal judge

      The judge, according to the applicant, deliberately creates obstacles "to access to justice" by covering up or concealing violations committed by doctors of the Verkhoshizhemskaya CRH, while making obviously unjustified decisions.

      Tatiana Bazhina attached four "rejection decisions" by Strelkova to her statement:

      on the refusal to satisfy the claim of Vladimir Smirnov, a participant in the SVO, for compensation for moral damage to the Verkhoshizhemskaya CRH, which violated the applicant's rights when registering a disability group.;

      the decision to refuse to institute criminal proceedings on the forgery of signatures of clinic staff (in the case of Plastinin);

      the refusal to accept the claim of Ekaterina Plastinina (widow of the deceased) to the Medical Commission of the Central Hospital, which recognized the violations of the medical staff that caused the death of the patient as insignificant. As well as the decision to terminate proceedings on the complaint of relatives of 33-year-old Sergei Plastinin, who died in agony due to the fault of doctors; the decision to refuse to accept a claim for the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of Bazhina herself.

      The lawyer also attached four documents to the "rejected materials" of federal judge Olga Strelkova — the decisions of the Kirov Regional Court on the cancellation of the "Verkhoshizhem verdicts" as illegal and unfounded. This casts serious doubt, at best, on Olga Nikolaevna's competence, and at worst, it will ensure the work of the investigating authorities on one of the most rarely remembered articles in the authorities — "The imposition of a deliberately unlawful verdict, decision or other judicial act."

      Probably for the first time in the region in 2007-2008, the criminal case of Valentina Esaulova, who headed the Podosinovsky District Court and was accused of unlawful decisions, was investigated. So, on October 16, 2007, Esaulova, without holding a court hearing on appeal in the criminal case of local businessman Kuratmagomedov, issued a decision against the defendant to terminate the appeal proceedings.

      In November of the same year, the judge again issued a deliberately unlawful act — a decision to cancel the suspended sentence against Kuratmagomedov, who "fancied himself the master of the whole Podosinovets", who was charged with beatings and death threats. In order to conceal these facts and prevent adverse consequences in the service, Esaulova instructed the secretary of the court session to prepare protocols with false information about the consideration of cases in accordance with the established procedure. And, which is not officially reported, she personally forged the signatures of the district prosecutor and the head of the district department of the Federal Penitentiary Service.

      Then, after gaining loans from many friends and not resigning, she disappeared into the Krasnodar Territory, where she was discovered by employees of Kirovsky UBOB as a successful businesswoman. However, her transfer from Tuapse was impossible, since eight years later the Judicial Board did not deprive Esaulova of judicial immunity. The criminal case of the ex-judge of the Podosinovsky district was terminated in April 2015 "upon the expiration of the statute of limitations."
