Another trolleybus in Kirov lost its conductor

      The public of the Kirov ATP reported that another trolleybus in Kirov was equipped with a BSOP system. The contactless payment system operates on one of the cars of trolleybus route No. 7.

      The ATP added that to date, five buses and three trolleybuses have been equipped with a non-conductor fare payment system. There are plans to equip several more buses and trolleybuses with the BSOP system.

      Earlier, the ATP summed up the work of the non-conductive fare payment system. The company noted that on the "non-conductive" buses of routes No. 21, No. 39, No. 52 and No. 117, as well as on trolleybus No. 4, the volume of revenue remained virtually unchanged after the introduction of the innovation. But the bus route No. 54 showed a decrease in revenue of more than 30%. In this regard, the ATP concluded that residents of the Raduzhny microdistrict prefer not to pay for transportation.
