Prices for new buildings in Kirov reached a record 131.6 thousand rubles per square meter

      In March 2025, the average price per square meter in the Kirov primary real estate market reached 131.6 thousand rubles, according to the data from the Lens.RF digital analytics service. Market experts do not predict a decline in prices in the near future due to rising costs of construction work and materials, increased payroll costs and inflation.

      Ksenia Chernetskaya, head of the company's expert center, notes that commercial subsidies used by developers to stimulate demand are reflected in the declared value of apartments, increasing it accordingly. This can distort the real market situation against the background of stagnating demand.

      As of March 26, 2025, there are 2,044 apartments on display in Kirov. The structure of the offer mainly consists of 1-room (38%) and 2-room apartments (35%). The share of 3-room apartments is 21%, studios — 3%, and 4-room apartments and more — only 2%.

      The average cost of a studio apartment in a new building in Kirov is 4 million rubles, a 1-room apartment is 5.7 million rubles, and a 2-room apartment is 7.5 million rubles. The purchase of a 3-room and 4-room apartment will cost buyers 9.3 million and 10.6 million rubles, respectively.
