In Kirov, Rosgvardiya officers detained a man suspected of three alcohol thefts from the same store. The incident occurred on Popova Street.
It all started with the fact that at about three o'clock in the afternoon, the guards received an alarm from the store. Upon arrival, they found a 49-year-old man trying to take out unpaid alcohol.
According to the guard, when viewing the CCTV footage, he discovered that earlier in the day the man had stolen alcohol twice. When he returned to the store for the third time, he was detained. The attacker was handed over to the police.
