The Ministry of Environmental Protection revealed violations during the lease of a land plot in Sosnovka, located next to the Pyzhmanka River. During the inspection, violations of water and land legislation were established.
It turned out that a water body passes through the leased area, and its coastal zone should be accessible to all citizens. According to the legislation, leasing of such land plots is prohibited.
The inspection materials were transferred to the Vyatskopolyansk interdistrict prosecutor's office, which appealed to the Vyatskopolyansky District Court. The prosecutor's office demands that the land lease agreement be declared invalid and the land plot be removed from cadastral registration. The case continues.
