64% of Kirov residents are not afraid of difficulties at work
According to the survey results, the majority of Kirov residents are not afraid of difficulties at work. 64% of the respondents said they were worried about new tasks, difficult issues and unusual situations. 30% replied that they were a little afraid of professional difficulties, which most often arise when they have to work in an unfamiliar field unrelated to previous experience. 6% admitted that they are very afraid of difficulties at work.
Interestingly, women are more likely than men to admit that from time to time they are afraid of difficulties in the workplace. Kirov residents with an income of 100 thousand rubles per month are the most confident: 75% of them are not afraid of difficulties related to professional competencies.
