      According to Volodin, it is proposed to expand the list of persons recognized as foreign agents to include those who assist in the execution of decisions of international organizations in which Russia does not participate, assist foreign government agencies in activities directed against Russia's security, or involve citizens in collecting information in the field of military-technical activities that can be used. to the detriment of the country.

      For foreign agents and persons who have left the country, it is proposed to provide for a trial without the participation of the defendant in the case of crimes against Russia. For example, public calls for terrorism, extremism, violation of territorial integrity, the spread of fakes about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the rehabilitation of Nazism.

      In addition, it is planned to establish criminal liability with a term of imprisonment of up to five years and confiscation of property for discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and calls for sanctions against Russia, committed out of mercenary motives or for hire. It also introduces criminal liability with a term of imprisonment of up to seven years and confiscation of property for providing assistance to international organizations in which Russia does not participate, for hire or for payment.
