A court in Kirov has convicted a 16-year-old local resident who was accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism involving violence against a citizen, using an object used as a weapon).
According to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Kirov region, it was established that on the afternoon of October 14, 2024, the convict, being near one of the educational institutions of Kirov, fired several times at the legs of a 17-year-old boy with a gas cylinder air pistol.
After reviewing the case, the court found the teenager guilty and imposed a sentence of 1 year in prison, suspended with a probation period of 3 years.
