The Luz district Prosecutor's office has banned the processing of a tree near the water protection zone.
As a result of an inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office, it turned out that the tenant of a land plot with an area of more than 5.3 thousand square meters carried out woodworking, which contradicts the intended purpose of the land and violates the requirements of environmental legislation. The land plot on which the illegal activity was conducted is located in a water-protected area, which exacerbates the violation.
The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit with the court, which satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority and forbade the tenant to use the land for other purposes. The execution of the court decision is under the control of the Luz district Prosecutor's Office.
