The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kirov was contacted by concerned representatives of a company that rents construction tools to citizens. They said that at the end of the lease period, one of the Kirov residents did not return a vacuum cleaner worth 66 thousand rubles. A criminal case was opened under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Fraud".
As a result of the measures taken, the police managed to solve the crime and detain the suspect, who turned out to be a previously convicted unemployed resident of Kirov, born in 1989. The man confessed that he committed theft by deception, he sold the vacuum cleaner. At the moment, investigative actions are underway.
