Kirov region began to produce more medicines

      In the Kirov region, manufacturing industries continue to show positive dynamics in 2025. The volume of shipped goods of our own production, completed works and services on our own in January amounted to 38.6 billion rubles, which is 2.3% more than in the same period of 2024.

      A particularly noticeable increase is observed in the production of medicines and materials used for medical purposes and veterinary medicine, where volumes increased 2.8 times. The production of pharmaceutical substances has increased 9-fold.

      There is also a significant increase in the production of jewelry (2.5 times), steel pipes (1.8 times), machinery and equipment for general and special purposes (1.4 times). In addition, the production of textiles, food products, chemicals and chemical products, furniture, rubber and plastic products increased.
