KCHK supported the holding of the competition "Teacher of the Year — 2025" in Kirovo-Chepetsk

      Four educators and three teachers took part in the competition. Over the course of two days, the participants presented their professional skills, knowledge, author's methodological approaches and best practices that they use in practice.

      The winners of the competition were awarded at the closing ceremony. Elena Mikryukova, Kirovo-Chepetsk Lyceum, won the Teacher of the Year nomination, and Tatiana Sintsova, kindergarten No. 26, became the Educator of the Year. The winners will represent Kirovo-Chepetsk at the next regional stage.

      The KCHK branch sponsored the contest and provided gifts to the participants.

      Elena Perminova, Deputy Director of the KCHK branch of Uralchem for Personnel and Social Policy, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Kirov Region, said: "One of the priorities of Uralchem's work is to support and develop children's education. Participation in such competitions allows teachers and educators to stimulate creativity, improve their professional skills and raise the level of competence. The quality of education and successful socialization of children largely depend on the qualifications and motivation of teachers."
