      About 3 months ago, a stranger who introduced himself as a bank employee called a resident of Kumen on WhatsApp. According to the caller, the woman is entitled to a large social security payment. However, in order to receive it, it was necessary to perform a number of actions, to which the gullible resident of Kumen agreed.

      So, among the required actions was to turn on the broadcast of the smartphone screen. In addition, during the process, the victim had to log into some mobile applications. As a result, the promised money never came to her, but, on the contrary, savings in the amount of 600 thousand rubles disappeared from her accounts. Another 380 thousand were issued on her behalf on credit and transferred to unidentified accounts.

      A criminal case has been opened on the fact of large-scale fraud. The suspects are currently being identified.
