More than 102 thousand Kirov residents have chosen an electronic workbook

In the first months of 2024, more than 22,000 residents of the Kirov region chose electronic workbooks (ETS), bringing the total number of people who switched to the digital labor registration format in the region to 102 thousand people. The electronic workbook, stored in the unified database of the Social Fund of Russia and generated on the basis of monthly reports from employers, contains complete information about a citizen's work, including information about employment, transfers, dismissals, positions and qualifications.

Nikolay Pasynkov, Head of the Office of the Federal Migration Service for the Kirov Region, notes that the Information Technology Center provides convenient and quick access to information about employment through the public services portal, as well as guarantees reliable data protection and security. The electronic format allows you to send information remotely during employment, and a digitally signed statement is legally equivalent to a paper version. If necessary, a paper copy can be obtained from the client services of the Social Fund Branch or the MFC.

The possibility of switching to ETC appeared in 2020 and is voluntary. The exception is citizens who have been employed for the first time since 2021, for whom the ETC is the only format for maintaining a work record. Citizens are advised to regularly check the correctness of the data in their ETC, as this information directly affects the formation of seniority and the amount of future pension.
