In December, a resident of Kirov secretly organized and conducted gambling in the premises of one of the convenience stores on Ukrainskaya St. in Kirov using slot machines with gaming software installed on them. The suspect's activities were stopped by employees of the OEBiPK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Kirov.
The Investigative Department for the Leninsky district of Kirov of the SU IC of Russia for the Kirov region opened a criminal case against the man under Part 1 of Article 171.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. At the moment, the necessary investigative actions are underway to collect evidence, as well as to establish all the circumstances of the crime.
