Governor A.V. Sokolov signed an order according to which Big Boat Limited was granted a land plot for rent without bidding for the construction of a boat assembly complex. The plot with an area of 5,375 square meters is located at the address: Kirov, Krupskaya Street, land plot 36a.
The decision was made in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Kirov Region, which regulates the provision of land for large-scale investment projects that meet the established criteria. An important factor was the project's compliance with the socio-cultural and communal needs of the region.
The Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Kirov Region has been instructed to ensure the development of a draft agreement on cooperation between the regional government and Big Boat Limited LLC. The Kirov city administration is recommended to conclude a lease agreement with the company for a period of six years in the near future.
Control over the execution of the order is entrusted to the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship and Trade of the Kirov region. It is expected that the implementation of the project will create new jobs, increase tax revenues to the budget and strengthen the position of the Kirov region as an industrial center.
