Additional payments have been introduced to young specialists at the Medical Rehabilitation Center

      According to the regional government, additional payments have been introduced at the Kirov Medical Rehabilitation Center for Young professionals. For the average medical staff — 100 thousand rubles, for doctors — 200 thousand rubles. A one-time payment is awarded to young professionals who are employed at the Center immediately after graduation. The regional government added that an increasing salary coefficient is also provided for young professionals.

      The chief physician of the Center, Anna Perestoronina, said that every young specialist at the medical institution is assigned an experienced mentor who will answer all questions and help adapt to the workplace. She noted that the Medical Rehabilitation Center is an anchor institution in the implementation of a professional training program in the specialty "Physical and rehabilitation Medicine." The Center's specialists were the first in the region to receive special accreditation.

      The Government of the Kirov region reported that the Center is currently fully staffed. At the end of last year, a neurologist, a physical therapy instructor, and a physiotherapy nurse joined the Center's medical team. From the 1st year to the residency, five target specialists of the Center are trained at Kirov Medical University, and three more are studying at Kirov Medical College.
