В Кирове мужчину приговорили за увод автомобиля с использованием эвакуатора.
Суд признал молодого человека виновным по пункту «в» части 2 статьи 158 УК РФ — в краже, которой был причинён значительный материальный ущерб. Согласно материалам дела, вечером 26 января 2025 года он, стремясь незаконно обогатиться, тайно похитил припаркованную у дома № 15 на улице Короленко "Ладу Гранту". Для этого он использовал эвакуатор, с помощью которого вывез авто в пункт разборки. Ущерб для потерпевшего составил 260 тыс. рублей. Учитывая позицию государственного обвинителя и смягчающие обстоятельства, включая наличие у подсудимого двух несовершеннолетних детей, суд назначил наказание в виде одного года принудительных работ с удержанием части дохода в пользу государства. Похищенный автомобиль был возвращён её владельцу.
