Thus, the employment relationships with the employees were not officially formalized. The Prosecutor's Office issued a presentation to the employer and initiated an administrative offense case under part 4 of article 5.27 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation for violating labor legislation. After the intervention of the Prosecutor's Office, the entrepreneur did not wait for the investigation to conclude and rectified the violations. Official employment contracts were signed with the five workers.
