As reported by the agency, the publication about the incident was discovered during monitoring of the media and social networks. According to preliminary data, in August, a conflict occurred between two minors. One of the girls struck the victim several times in the head with her foot. Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident. Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, a procedural decision will be made.
