Kirov residents were informed about new payments starting from 2027.
Starting in 2027, the Social Fund Department for the Kirov Region will begin providing payments to residents of the region who hold the title of "Honored Donor of Russia," as well as to citizens with post-vaccination complications. Payments will be assigned automatically—there will be no need to submit an application or gather documents.
This innovation is related to the transfer of relevant support measures to the management of the Social Fund. The system will independently determine a person's eligibility for payment and transfer the appropriate funds.
The Social Fund of Russia notes that this aligns with the "one-stop shop" principle. Currently, the Kirov branch already provides more than 70 types of benefits and compensations, including child benefits, support measures for those affected by radiation exposure, as well as separate payments for military personnel and their families.
"Our task is to ensure that a person does not have to navigate complex procedures and stand in lines. The system itself recognizes a person's right to support and processes everything automatically," said Nikolai Pasynkov, head of the Social Fund Department for the Kirov Region.
A unified digital platform of the Social Fund will be used to assign payments, which ensures data exchange between agencies.
Consultations can be obtained at the client services of the Social Fund Department for the Kirov Region or by calling the unified contact center at 8-800-100-0001.
