"Deadly" footage and fines for parents: Kirov schoolchildren got into "train surfing"
In the Kirov Linear Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Transport, the results of another preventive raid at railway infrastructure facilities were summarized. The attention of the police was drawn to the Matanzy station (Ganin) — it was there that four minors were spotted crossing the tracks in a place that was completely unsuitable for this. All the violators turned out to be schoolchildren aged 13-14. They were promptly taken to the juvenile affairs department to clarify the circumstances and hand over the children to their legal representatives. However, during the conversation, it became clear that crossing in an unauthorized place was far from the only item on their list of violations.
As the inspectors established, all four teenagers already had experience with dangerous rides on trains. They were clinging to protruding parts of the carriages of electric trains and passenger trains, and they recorded their "stunts" on mobile phone cameras. In fact, the schoolchildren combined train surfing with content creation, without thinking about the potential consequences.
Employees of the juvenile affairs department held explanatory conversations with the violators and their parents. The children were reminded once again: the railway is not a place for games, and the consequences of train surfing are measured not by fines, but by serious injuries, burns from electric shocks, and even fatalities. Adults were advised to pay closer attention to where and how their children spend their time.
The preventive work did not end there. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the parents under Article 5.35 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill duties for the upbringing of minors"). Now all materials have been transferred to the territorial commission for juvenile affairs and the protection of their rights at the place of residence of the families — there they will determine what specific measures of educational impact will be applied to the young violators.

"Deadly" footage and fines for parents: Kirov schoolchildren got into "train surfing"
Dangerous games on the railway nearly turned into a tragedy for four teenagers from Kirov. Transport police officers detained a group of schoolchildren while crossing the tracks in an unauthorized area, and during the investigation, it became clear that the young thrill-seekers were already practicing "train surfing," filming their "tricks" on their phones. Now, the family of the offenders will be dealt with by the juvenile affairs inspectors and the municipal commission, and the parents face administrative protocols.
