The coach from Kirov has been banned from football.
A meeting of the control and disciplinary commission of the interregional football federation "Golden Ring" took place. It reviewed the protest of the "Football School" team (Vladimir) regarding the participation in the match on August 19 of players from the "Vyatka" club (Kirov), who are not eligible to participate in interregional competitions among girls under 17 years old.
The following decisions were made:
- To award a technical defeat to the "Vyatka" team with a score of 0:3, and to grant a technical victory to the "Football School" team. - Based on Articles 122 and 124.1 of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Russian Football Union (for intentionally providing false information, as well as for forging documents submitted to the MFF "Golden Ring," and for the intentional actions of a club official aimed at the unlawful participation of a player in the match), to prohibit the coach of "Vyatka," Vadim Plekhov, from engaging in any football-related activities for a period of one year.
These decisions can be appealed to the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Russian Football Union within 7 days.
Vadim Plekhov was previously one of the most well-known football referees in the Kirov region. Later, he became an inspector. According to the VyatSShOR website, Plekhov works here as a coach-instructor.
