Kirov hunters were "given" bears.
In the Kirov region, there are unallocated permits for bear hunting in publicly accessible hunting grounds. They can be obtained for the current season, which will last until December 31, 2026.
The most permits are left in the Oparinsky district — 28. Additional documents are available in the Belokholunitsky district — four, Verkhnekamsky — four, Kilmezsky — three, Afanasyevsky and Omutninsky — two each. One permit remains in the Vyatskopolyansky district. There are also two permits available in section No. 1 of the Podosinovsky district.
Moreover, the region has three unallocated permits for moose hunting. In the Verkhnekamsky district, there are documents for an adult moose and for hunting the animal during the rut. In the Luzsky district — one permit for a moose under one year old. The moose hunting season will last until January 10, 2027.
Permits are issued in the order of application. Applications can be submitted in person in Kirov at Nikitskaya Street, 82, in office No. 12, or through multifunctional centers.
The state duty for issuing a permit is 650 rubles. Additionally, for hunting a bear, a fee of 3,000 rubles will be required, for an adult moose or a moose during the rut — 1,500 rubles, and for a moose under one year old — 750 rubles.
