In Kirov, preparations for the heating season are ongoing. This was reported at the latest meeting of the emergency situations commission of the city administration.
From August 5 to September 4, specialists are checking residential buildings and social facilities. Readiness certificates must be obtained by September 15.
To date, nine documents confirming readiness for heat supply have been issued to five management companies. They pertain to 100 houses. According to the administration, passports are planned to be issued en masse as early as next week. In addition, all necessary procedures have been completed for 17 social institutions.
Hydraulic tests of the heating networks are also continuing. The Kirov branch of PAO "T Plus" stated that they will complete the work by September 1. To date, specialists have eliminated more than 1,000 identified defects.
At the meeting of the emergency situations commission, the readiness of schools for the new academic year was also discussed. The commission has already checked all municipal educational organizations. Specialists found a number of minor remarks that must be addressed by September 1.
The administration noted that, overall, schools are ready for the start of the academic year: institutions are staffed, provided with necessary educational materials, furniture, and equipment.
