The hunting community was fined for 322 sheep from Tatarstan without documents.

      On August 25, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor issued a ruling to hold LLC "Yaransky Okhotnik" administratively liable under part 1 of article 10.6 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation.

      The materials for the inspection were received by the supervisory authority in July 2026 from the veterinary department of the Kirov region. They reported that the hunting society purchased 322 heads of sheep without the necessary veterinary accompanying documents from LLC "PKh Pioneer" (Republic of Tatarstan).

      An unscheduled inspection visit by Rosselkhoznadzor took place on August 5, 2026. The farm, which keeps agricultural animals in the Yaransky district of the Kirov region, confirmed the violation. There were no veterinary accompanying documents for the entire batch of purchased livestock.

      The agency explained that the absence of electronic veterinary accompanying documents (eVSD) does not allow for the establishment of the territorial and species origin of the animals, their veterinary and sanitary condition, as well as the epizootic welfare of the territories from which they were exported.

      During the inspection of the data from the Federal State Information System "VetIS," additional violations were identified. In the "Cerber" component, it was established that at the address of the actual sheep keeping (near the village of Lom in the Yaransky district), there is no registered site as a supervised object for the breeding and keeping of animals. In the "Khoriot" component, information about the purchased 322 heads of sheep is also not listed.

      Thus, the hunting society violated the requirements of the Russian Federation Law "On Veterinary Medicine," the Veterinary Rules for organizing the work on the issuance of veterinary accompanying documents, the procedure for issuing VSD in electronic form and on paper, the Veterinary Rules for marking and accounting for animals, as well as the Rules for keeping records of animals and the list of species subject to individual or group marking.

      The ruling on administrative liability was issued on August 25, 2026.
