In Kirov, the court proceedings regarding the criminal case of involving a minor in systematic alcohol consumption have concluded. The prosecution was represented by the Novovyatsky district prosecutor's office.
The defendant was a 20-year-old local resident who already had a criminal record at the time of the offense.
