In 2026, workers will update the facade, roof, and utilities. In 2027, they will focus on interior finishing. According to the state procurement website, the contract for the major renovation of the House of Culture was won by the company "Ista-Remont," with a total amount of 45.9 million rubles. The work is expected to be completed by October 30, 2027.
