"T Plus": the monument "Vyatskaya Pechat" on Lenin was installed illegally

      An accident on the heating network near houses No. 65 and 65a on Lenin Street helped to determine that the damaged pipe is located under an object that should not be there. In an official response to a request from "Newsler.ru," the head of the regional center for strategic communications of PJSC "T Plus" in Kirov reported that during excavation work, it was established that the base of the monument "Vyatskaya Pechat" is located in the protection zone of the heating networks. Moreover, its installation was not coordinated with the Kirov branch of the company. The second obstacle to completing the repairs was the electrified bus stop. According to "T Plus," it is also located in the protection zone and was not agreed upon with the utility provider. The company emphasized that negotiations have already been held with the management of the Pervomaiskoye TU and the owner of the structure, demanding the dismantling of both objects in "the shortest possible time." It is noted that a new pedestal for the monument "Vyatskaya Pechat" is already being prepared. It is planned to be installed near the intersection of Moscow and Defenders of the Fatherland streets, closer to Preobrazhenskaya Street. When exactly the relocation will take place is not yet specified. "T Plus" assured that after the dismantling of the objects, the repair work on the heating network will be promptly completed, access will be opened, and the area will be improved. However, specific deadlines are not mentioned in the company's response.
