In Krasnaya Polyana, a man stabbed an acquaintance and received a sentence.
The incident occurred on August 20, 2025, near a house on Raduzhnaya Street in the village of Krasnaya Polyana. Prior to this, a quarrel took place between two men.
As established by the court, a 45-year-old local resident expressed grievances to the victim due to his negative attitude towards his underage son. After that, the man, feeling animosity, struck his opponent once with a sharp object in the chest.
The victim sustained a penetrating stab wound, which caused serious harm to his health.
Before the verdict was delivered, the man admitted his guilt and apologized to the victim. He also handed him 200,000 rubles as compensation for the harm caused.
The court sentenced the offender to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment. He will serve his sentence in a general regime correctional colony.
The man attempted to appeal the verdict; however, the appeal was rejected. The court's decision came into legal force.
