Family Contracting and Construction Network: Who Was Behind the "Business and Money" Houses

      Who is who

      Nikita Pavlov – General Director and sole founder of LLC Financial Corporation "Deed and Money". The company was registered in 2016, with a charter capital of 30 million rubles. The main type of activity is "purchase and sale of own real estate", but among the additional activities is "construction of residential and non-residential buildings". The company has 51 employees, with revenue in 2025 projected at 95 million rubles and profit at 22 million.

      Konstantin Pavlov – father of Nikita, director and founder (50% share) of LLC "Architectural Workshop of Konstantin Pavlov" (AMKP). The bureau has been in existence since 2002 and specializes in building design. The company has 9 employees, with revenue in 2025 projected at 16 million rubles and profit at 1.6 million. According to project documentation, AMKP is the design organization for the residential complex "Legend".

      Anton Chistopashin – founder (50%) of LLC Specialized Developer "Stroicity" – the developer of the residential complex "Legend". Unofficial reports have surfaced regarding his detention, but there is no official confirmation.

      Vladimir Sokerin – General Director and second founder (50%) of LLC "Stroicity". The company was registered in 2023, with a charter capital of 100 thousand rubles. However, there is only one employee – Sokerin himself. The company’s revenue in 2025 is projected to be 35 million rubles, with a profit of 1.5 million.

      Alexey Kuchin – director and sole founder of LLC "Stroyzhilkomplekt". According to project documentation, this company is the general contractor for the construction of the residential complex "Legend". The company has revenue of 186 million rubles in 2025, with a profit of 32 million. However, it is a defendant in 102 arbitration cases and has 23 enforcement proceedings, indicating serious financial risks.

      Architectural Workshop of Konstantin Pavlov: over 80 projects in Kirov

      Konstantin Pavlov has been leading AMKP since 2002. During this time, the bureau has developed projects for dozens of facilities in Kirov and the region – from residential complexes to public buildings. Among them are large residential projects such as the residential complex "Dymka", "Metragrad", "Scarlet Sails", "Zavodny", "Olympus", as well as numerous apartment buildings on Svobody, Hertzen, Gorbachev, Molodaya Gvardiya, Kazanskaya, Derendyaev and other streets.

      Additionally, the bureau's portfolio includes the Center for the Identification and Support of Gifted Children, the regional court building, "Khlunov" bank, shopping centers "Globus" and "European", a business center at Profsoyuznaya, 1 (the same address as the offices of the credit cooperative), an underground passage at the Train Station Square, reconstruction of the "Lokomotiv" stadium, churches of Panteleimon the Healer and the Forty Martyrs of Sebaste, as well as many other facilities. In total, AMKP's portfolio includes over 80 projects completed from 1998 to 2025. The bureau is one of the key players in the design market in Kirov.

      How this is connected to "Deed and Money"

      The connection can be traced through at least two projects. In the residential complex "Legend", the designer is AMKP, while sales are handled by Nikita Pavlov's agency. In the residential complex "Sail", AMKP is also the designer, and "Deed and Money" acted as the investor, as Pavlov himself wrote on social media. Moreover, the business center at Profsoyuznaya, 1 is a common address for the offices of the credit cooperative and one of AMKP's projects.       The project documentation for the residential complex "Legend" (Volodarskogo St., 193) reveals the chain of participants: the developer is LLC "Stroicity" (founder Chistopashin, general director Sokerin), the designer is LLC "AMKP" (the father's firm), and the general contractor is LLC "Stroyzhilkomplekt" (Kuchin). The deadline for the project is the 4th quarter of 2027.

      At the same time, the developer "Stroicity" with one employee and a charter capital of 100 thousand rubles appears to be a shell company, lacking real resources for construction.

      Old posts by Pavlov: "Deed and Money" – the investor

      In old social media posts (from 2019-2020), Nikita Pavlov explicitly referred to "Deed and Money" as the investor in the houses being built. For example, in a post about the residential complex "Sail", he wrote: "This is our next joint project with the construction company 'DomInvest', where 'Deed and Money' is, as usual, the project investor." He also detailed the savings program "My Housing Capital", which allowed shareholders to invest money at interest during the construction period, and stated: "We buy ready or under-construction real estate and sell it ourselves," "We work in cooperation with builders... helping the real estate market in Kirov to thrive."

      In 2019, he reported that the company owned 140 apartments, and over the year more than 100 apartments were sold.

      Contradictions in Pavlov's words

      In an interview with Newsler.ru in August 2026, Nikita Pavlov claimed that his company does not build but only sells, that construction is handled by "a friend with his partners", and that his business is not connected to his father. However, the facts suggest otherwise: the designer of the residential complex "Legend" is his father's firm, he previously referred to his company as an investor, and the type of activity of his company includes construction. Furthermore, the business center at Profsoyuznaya, 1 is a common address for the offices of the credit cooperative and one of AMKP's projects.

      Connection to the collapse of the credit cooperative

      The investigation into the criminal case regarding fraud in the credit cooperative "Deed and Money" (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) may also affect the construction network. After all, it was through the credit cooperative that funds from shareholders were attracted, which, according to the investigation, could have been funneled into various businesses, including construction. The emergence of unofficial information about the detention of Anton Chistopashin – the founder of the developer of the residential complex "Legend" – may be the first signal that law enforcement is beginning to check this chain. However, there are currently no official comments.
