A Kirov resident destroyed two enemies and shot down a UAV.

      The Russian Ministry of Defense spoke about the feat of Danila P., a Guards Private from the Kirov region. In March 2026, he participated in the assault on one of the enemy strongholds in the Donetsk People's Republic along with his unit. During the battle, Danila eliminated two enemies and shot down an enemy drone with his Kalashnikov rifle. After the squad cleared the positions, the soldier took up a firing position to cover the evacuation group. Thanks to this, medics were able to evacuate the wounded. The department noted that due to the professionalism, resilience, and selflessness of Danila P., as well as the coordinated actions of the entire unit, the stronghold was successfully captured. The enemy suffered heavy losses and retreated. The completion of the task allowed another assault group to secure new positions and continue the offensive.
