An auction has been launched in Kirov for the right to develop the area behind the administration.
On August 7, the administration of Kirov issued a decree to hold an auction for the right to conclude a contract for the comprehensive development of the area located within the boundaries of Vladimirskaya, Vorovskogo, Nikitskaya, and Orlovskaya streets. The total area of the plot is 4,783 square meters.
The starting price is 2,470,027 rubles. The increment for its increase is 123,501 rubles. The decree also states that the contract for the comprehensive development of the area will be valid for eight years.
Let us remind you that the city authorities are holding such an auction for the second time — the first time it had to be suspended. The starting price was the same then.
