"Vyatavtodor" lost the lawsuit against the regional prosecutor's office.

      At the end of 2024, the administration of the Kotelnichsky district signed a contract with the company "Vyatavtodor" for road maintenance, specifically for the Kosolapovy - Zarechny road. In the fall of 2025, a traffic police inspector identified defects on this road, leading to the drafting of an administrative protocol. The magistrate's court found the district administration guilty under Article 12.34 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation and fined them 100,000 rubles. The municipality paid the fine. Meanwhile, the regional prosecutor's office believed that the money should be recovered from the contractor responsible for the road. Officials from the agency appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Kirov Region. During the court proceedings, representatives of "Vyatavtodor" stated that the work was carried out in strict accordance with the terms of the contract, in full and properly. No complaints had been received from the customer. Nevertheless, the first-instance court ruled to recover 100,000 rubles from the contractor in favor of the administration. The defendant filed an appeal, but the Second Arbitration Appeal Court did not change the decision.
