The average pension in Russia continues to grow. According to the Social Fund of Russia, as of July 1, 2026, the average pension payment is 25,401 rubles. For comparison, five years ago—in 2021—the average pension in the country was at the level of 15,801 rubles. Thus, over this period, it has increased by almost 10,000 rubles.
