Locomotive drivers, welders, and game designers: who in Russia received salary increases

      According to analysts, the median salary has increased the most for game designers — by 32%, reaching 115,000 rubles. In second place are call center operators: their salary offers increased by 28% to 63,800 rubles. Rounding out the top three are machine operators — with a growth of 26%, and a median salary of 185,500 rubles.

      The top five also includes warehouse workers and goods receivers, for whom employers are willing to pay an average of 95,100 rubles, as well as plumbers and technicians — 98,600 rubles, reports "Izvestia."

      When compared to the first half of last year, the highest-paying professions became welders with a median salary of 213,600 rubles. Next are geologists (206,700 rubles), machine operators (185,500 rubles), installers (169,800 rubles), and electrical technicians (123,600 rubles).
