Catering plant: has the director's carousel been replaced by a shuffle of "retired individuals"?

      According to one version, on July 30 - Thursday of last week - the city manager of Kirov, Vyacheslav Simakov, personally handed Bozhyeva a document on the unilateral termination of the contract. So, Natalia Alexandrovna, who allegedly cried all Friday, did not show up for work on Monday, August 3.

      A temporary replacement for Bozhyeva was found - again - in the person of the current chief accountant, Svetlana Zyanchurina, which - also again - may violate the law "On Accounting," applied in an enterprise with a multi-million ruble turnover. Where it is impossible to combine the positions and electronic signatures of the chief accountant and the director.

      Deadlines for "departure"

      Let us remind you that the countdown of the director's shuffle at the "Combine" began at the end of July 2024 with Elena Gabdeeva, who, after working from January to July, was laid off, probably for trying to feed children - schoolchildren and preschoolers - "by the law." Gabdeeva excluded suppliers of "rotten food products" and those with whom contracts were concluded for overpriced supplies.

      And when Gabdeeva's "fig you" clearly marked the end of the "food chain," the dwindling consumers of baby food hurriedly "organized" the reduction of the position... of the director. However, the court recognized Gabdeeva's dismissal as illegal and ordered the "Combine" to pay off salary debts and provide compensation - a total of about one million rubles. Soon, barely a month later, the position was restored, and Vasily Shupletsov was appointed, who, after working from July 2024 to March 2025, retired due to age and "lack of knowledge of the subject."

      Then Shupletsov was replaced by Denis Sitnikov, a retired police lieutenant colonel, who had recently been publicly removed from the position of deputy general director of "Vyatavtodor" by Alexander Sokolov under the gubernatorial refrain of "suspicious deals" and "eradicating corruption."

      Having officially worked for six months - from March to September 2025, Sitnikov returned "to the region," where he headed the regional "Food Combine." Probably, the voices of the MKU employees and the angry remarks from deputies about the quality of his work in "feeding schoolchildren" without the "gubernatorial voice" were not heard. Although the figure who changed the road worker's suit for a "chef's hat" was not just scolded but publicly ridiculed. Especially when he heroically suggested that the budget institution develop through commercial activities - selling baked goods.

      In October of the same year, Vyacheslav Simakov appointed Alexander Faleev as the director of the "Social Nutrition Combine" - a character almost legendary due to "separate-table relations with the head of the city administration." At the time of his appointment, he was performing the functions of the head of the organization's security service. However, the change of scenery from the occupied post to the director's office of the head of "child nutrition" lasted just over a month. Since during the period from October 20 to December 12, Faleev failed to obtain the right of "first signature" - the tax office refused to register the temporary director due to his disqualification from managerial positions until 2028.

      On December 15, chief accountant Svetlana Zyanchurina replaced Faleev, and her duration in the position, according to deputies, could have been record-short, as city council members awaited a response from the city Audit Commission hoping for "big financial claims against her."

      However, Zyanchurina did not break the record for the speed of dismissal, which is very strange, as the documents were still being signed with Sitnikov's electronic signature, and she lasted two months - until Natalia Bozhyeva appeared in the director's office.

      A swap with an exit

      Interestingly, Natalia Alexandrovna left the position of director of the regional KOGBU "Food Combine," freeing up a place for Denis Sitnikov, only to find herself in the renovated office he had occupied five months later.

      According to a source from the "gray house," she was likely asked to leave the regional public catering for "rudeness to Kurdyumov" (Deputy Prime Minister of the Kirov Region Dmitry Kurdyumov - ed.), for whom the subordinates' arrogance is eliminated quickly and indisputably.

      According to the official version, Bozhyeva was "removed" for "non-compliance with the position," as in five months of work at the MKU, she failed to implement "electronic document management" in the enterprise. However, "according to internal assumptions," Natalia Alexandrovna "thought too highly of herself," allegedly appointing "the people she needed" to managerial positions, but with not the brightest "reputation." This could have led to an "unexpected ending in the food chain."

      Also, Bozhyeva's "short term of service" could have been due to "her great self-importance": as subordinates suggest, "we are no more than serfs and servants to her." And today, with less than a month until the start of the school year, and "school cafeterias half-naked" - lacking staff, Bozhyeva with "her arrogance" is unable to rectify the situation.

      "When we say that 'the cafeterias are half-naked' - we are not exaggerating at all. There are schools where there are neither managers nor cooks... How the cafeterias will open on September 1 - no one knows. Moreover, Zyanchurina's return to the position of acting director - from August 3 - will not change the process at all," say MKU employees about the allegedly "stalemate situation" in school cafeterias.
