Kirov entrepreneurs will become waiters.

      From August 5 to 9, a campaign called "Good Tips" will take place at one of the Kirov catering establishments. The idea belongs to the president of the Vyatka Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Andrey Usenko. On the first day of the campaign, he will personally work a shift as a waiter.

      Notably, the establishment where the campaign will take place belongs to Usenko's wife. Previously, he actively lobbied for the "Pedestrian Spasskaya" project — at that time, many linked his activity to the fact that his family's properties are located on this street. Now history is repeating itself: there is a campaign on Spasskaya again, Usenko is behind the counter again, and once more, it is his wife's business.

      About 20 people will participate in the campaign. On the first day, the following will work a shift:

      - Commissioner for Children's Rights of the Kirov Region, Vladimir Shabardin;

      - Creator of the "Territory of Flowers" brand, Vera Julina;

      - Co-founder of "Akcept Group," Aksana Beresneva;

      - Founder of the "iService" service center network, Andrey Syutkin;

      - Director of "EnergoStroyService," Daniil Lozhenitsyn.

      The campaign is organized by the charity fund "Road of Good." As explained by the fund, all tips left by guests, as well as 10% of the establishment's revenue during the campaign days, will be directed towards completing the renovation of premises where workshops for employing people with mental disabilities are planned. The premises were allocated by the city but required serious repairs.

      The main task of the participants is not excellent service, but attracting attention. "There were no long courses," the organizer explained. "We developed an adapted memo; before starting, they will study the menu and the work process." The "waiters" themselves do not hide: one should not expect professional skills from them. "Come not for the service, but for the atmosphere," the organizers urge. The fund also noted that the concept of the campaign is not based on a direct request for money, but on the idea: "We came up with a cool thing, join us."
